Terms and Conditions

* Same day delivery on all photoshoots if before 4:00pm any day

* Next day delivery on all photoshoots if on/after 4:30pm any day

* Wind must be below 13mph on the day of any aerial photoshoots. We will let you know in advance if it is too windy for aerial photography. If you choose not to reschedule and your photoshoot includes aerial photos, you can schedule a follow up shoot for $50. Rescheduling before any shoot is completely free.

* Real Home Pix reserves the right to cancel and refund any scheduled appointments.

* Drone photos will be taken at the sole discretion of the pilot on site. If the listing is located near any airport, drone photos may not be taken as a safety concern and FAA regulations.

* Matterport tours are removed from hosting once the listing has sold, or been cancelled. If you would like to have your tour active after it has sold or cancelled, a recurring fee of $10/month can be applied to your account and can be cancelled at any time.

* 24hr Turnaround for Matterport Tours is completely dependent on how soon Matterport can process the files and create the tour. Typical turnaround is 24hr or less, however homes larger than 5000 SqFt could take longer to process.

*ONLY REAL HOME PIX retains full usage rights of all media. Use of any media created by Real Home Pix by anyone other than the original customer and Real Home Pix is prohibited unless otherwise permitted in writing. Any person or entity publishing or using our media for professional use, other than our customer, will be told to immediately stop using the media and remove it from any existing use case.

*Only Real Home Pix retains the right to resell or digitally alter media originally captured by Real Home Pix. All media captured by Real Home Pix will remain the property of Real Home Pix.

*Customers of Real Home Pix are granted limited usage rights of the media captured, in order to market themselves and their listings for sale or rent. Customers of Real Home Pix DO NOT OWN ANY OF THE MEDIA DELIVERED TO THEM BY REAL HOME PIX.
